For Local Orders

We support Italy local delivery on Mama Museum Online Store;

• Orders below 2kg @ €10.00
• Orders above 4kg - 6kg @ €20.00
• Orders above 7kg - 20kg @ €30.00

Delivery time will take between 3-5 working days.

For Self Pick-up option:

Order will be ready for pick-up within 2-3 business days. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your order within 5 days of receiving your "Ready for Collection" email.

*Uncollected orders will be refunded.

Refund Policy

All sales are final as soon as you click the 'Order' button. Purchases will be charged to your credit card. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase. If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you have any other concern, kindly email us at mama@mamamuseum.com within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchases. Please quote your order number for our reference.
